Shipping Policy

Shipping is available in the US. Each order is subject to product availability. In the event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will reach out to you and you will receive a full refund for any such item(s). Please allow one week for order processing before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. For international orders, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates.

Ariel of Jersey is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping information entered by customer, or for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, and/or damaged during shipment. Any claims related to delayed, lost, stolen and/or damaged packages should be filed through the carrier identified in the shipment tracking information provided to you.
